How orders are shipped, and how returns and refunds work.

Shipping

We ship across Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within [X business days], and arrive within [X to X business days] depending on your location. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout. [Add your carrier and any free-shipping threshold.]

Returns and exchanges

If you change your mind, you may return an unused racket in its original condition within [X days] of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is [the customer's responsibility / paid by us]. To start a return, email [contact email] with your order details.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a racket arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us straight away and we will make it right. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality — those rights cannot be excluded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within [X business days] of us receiving the returned item.
